View pipeline

Learn how to view pipeline for each job Req ID.

With the October 2024 update you can now view the hiring pipeline associated with each Req Id.

View job pipeline

To view the pipeline go to the internal job portal and select the option View Pipeline from the quick actions menu that is accessible from the last column of the table. This will display a graph with following pieces of information:

  1. Date when that Req ID was posted.
  2. Number of applicants for that Req ID.
  3. Number of applicants whose application status has moved to "Under Consideration".
  4. Number of applicants whose application status has moved to "Interview Scheduled".
  5. Number of applicants whose application status has moved to "Shortlisted".
  6. If an offer has been accepted then the Req ID is treated as filled and this will be indicated using the filled date as the last entry on the X-axis.

For filled Req IDs the time taken to fill that Req ID in days (= Filled date - Posted date) will be shown in the upper left corner.

Note: For every Req ID, at any instant, the following formula holds:

Number of "Applied" state applicants = Number of (Considering + Interviewing + Shortlisted + Accepted) state applicants
