Learn how to view applicants to jobs.

Note - This section is only available to members with roles of either Owners or Admins. Hiring managers and recruiters are typically Admins.

The default view under Applicants shows a table with applicants for all the jobs associated with your company.


View all applicants

Use the search boxes on the top right corner to filter applicants using keywords of interest.

There are 2 types of searches that can be performed:

  1. Search within table: Filters quickly based on metadata columns shown in the table.
  2. Search within resume: Uses NLP techniques to retrieve a maximum of 50 applicants whose resume show closest semantic match to your keywords.

Results returned during searches are sorted by relevancy score.
