Job Feed XML

Learn how to access your job feed XML.

LinkedIn job sync can be enabled from the LinkedIn Integration tab under Job Portal.

Job details will be synced to LinkedIn via the XML feed method. Only active external job postings will be published to LinkedIn.

The Company ID and email associated with your company's LinkedIn account page will need to be supplied so that an XML document can be constructed and passed to LinkedIn Recruiter for ingestion.


LinkedIn Job feed XML

LinkedIn will scrape the supplied XML document every 6 hours. The XML URL shown on your HireNorm portal will automatically output an XML with the most up-to-date information regarding active external jobs. This ensures the latest updates are being scraped during every ingestion run by LinkedIn.

Applicants on LinkedIn who click on Apply button on your published LinkedIn job postings will be directed to the HireNorm career link of the job so that they can complete their application. LinkedIn Easy Apply option is currently not supported.

NextLinkedIn Applicants
